Don, an avid skier, outdoorsman and conservationist first came to the Ludlow area over 25 years ago as a ski instructor at Okemo Mountain. Active in his community, Don is a member of the Independent Order of Odd Fellows, Colfax Lodge #21 in Belmont. Don is a past president of the Crown Point Board of Realtors, was a member of the steering committee of the Mountain Valley Chapter of the Vermont Land Trust and through the years been a part of many local civic groups and committees. He and his wife, Robin, have two daughters, and reside in Mount Holly. As well as skiing, Don loves fishing and adventure travel.

CINDY AMLER
Cindy had been coming to ski at Okemo for several years, when she decided to made a "life change" and move to Vermont. In her "past life", Cindy was a nurse working with children and families as a health coordinator. An avid skier, Cindy can often be seen shushing down the slopes of Okemo Mountain, with her card in hand ready to talk real estate. Prior to her career in real estate, Gail worked in corporate marketing as vice president of an advertising agency and director of marketing for a video production company. Along with her husband John, she successfully owned and operated the Belmont General Store for many years. Gail is an integral part of the Belmont - Mt. Holly community, which she knows well. Gail enjoys cross-country skiing and snow shoeing, and has traversed many miles on her skis. It is not unusual for Gail to strap on her skis or "shoes" to best show our properties.

JOAN JUDGE
Joan moved to Vermont for the skiing and a change in life style. Involved in her community, she is a member of the local garden club and treasurer of her town's Republican caucus. Besides being a Broker for some 30 years, Joan, a professional photographer, has also worked in commercial advertising and an international engineering firm. Whether at the helm of the winning boat off the coast of Connecticut, functioning as the first female Commander of the Norwalk Sail and Power Squadron, or skiing the beautiful Vermont mountains, Joan is easily recognized by the ever present camera over her shoulder as she goes about satisfying the dreams of home buyers. LISA KELLEY
Lisa was raised in Chester. She lived in the Washington DC are for 10 years, after completing her education at the Culinary Institute of America, where she worked as Brunch Chef at the Sheraton Washington Hotel. She met her future husband, Chris, after moving back home to Vermont. She and Chris own and operate the Belmont General Store and are the parents of 3 children. Lisa is the current President of the Mount Holly Community Association and in her spare time enjoys being outdoors and needlework. Lisa will work hard for her buyers and sellers!
Carl Mitchell
CARL MITCHELL
Carl first visited Vermont while attending St. Lawrence University in Canton, New York. Skiing during intersessions on the various mountains in the state convinced the undergraduate that someday he would return to live in Vermont. After graduating from Boston University with a L.D. degree and living on Long Island for many years, Carl and wife Kathy permenantly moved to Vermont in 1992. When not showing real estate, Carl may be found talking on short wave radio to friends all over the world.

Ty is a seventh generation Vermonter who graduated from The University of Vermont. After living in the Boston area for a number of years where she worked in market research, she returned to Vermont and met her husband, Michael. When Ty isn't showing properties, she can be found spending time with their young children or putting the finishing touches on their log home in Belmont.
Scott Ranney
SCOTT RANNEY
Scott Ranney, who is a native Vermonter, resides in Cavendish with his wife and son. He enjoys walking, traveling and meeting new people. Scott owns and operates a successful floor sanding business; which keeps his finger on the pulse of current housing activity in the area. In the future he hopes to make the transition to full-time real estate. Scott knows Ludlow, Cavendish and many of the surrounding towns intimately from his years of growing up in Cavendish and traveling for business.

Richie has been a fixture of the Ludlow scene for decades! As owner of the Pot Belly Pub restaurant, he knows the Ludlow business community well. Look for Richie at the Pot Belly, on the golf course or out listing and selling properties in the Ludlow area.
Kerri Solomon
KERRI SOLOMON
Kerri, a New England native, spent many years away in Colorado attending college and later working as a professional horse trainer. 14 years ago she returned to New England and settled in Vermont, where she found her spot in Cavendish. Active in her community, Kerri is a member of the GMUHS Booster Club and also volunteers for the "School Program" at Okemo that teaches children from local schools to ski. Taking full advantage of the VT lifestyle, she and her daughters hit the lakes in the summer and ski, snowmobile and snowshoe during the winter. Kerri finds great satisfaction in helping her clients find "just the right spot" so they too can enjoy the lifestyle found only here in Vermont!
